Merbag Immobilien employs a team of around 30 people and is looking immediately or by arrangement for a competent and motivated person as Project Management Real Estate Development 100% (m/f) 80-100% (m/f).Your Tasks
- Independent development of new residential and commercial properties up to construction readiness in Switzerland
- Management and reporting of development projects abroad (Luxembourg, Austria, Italy) in cooperation with local branches
- Preparation of market, competition, and location analyses
- Development of usage concepts as well as profitability calculations
- Coordination of internal and external marketing activities
- Building, maintaining, and expanding a network of landowners and decision-makers in real estate development
Your Profile
- Several years of professional experience in the Swiss real estate market and as a project manager in real estate development
- Completed training in architecture or engineering, or university degree in real estate management
- Good oral and written German skills, all other language skills are an advantage
- Organizational talent, high independence, flexibility, teamwork, and resilience
- Efficient, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working
