This position offers you
- You take on a central role in the testing team in defining, planning, executing, and evaluating stress, long-term, and environmental tests on mechanical and mechatronic assemblies and entire devices
- You support development work by analyzing errors and actively and intensively contribute to their resolution
- In coordination with the product designers, you develop test benches based on product data that enable statistically validated testing of modules and ensure their specified reliability
- You support the team management in laboratory management as well as in maintaining the laboratory infrastructure and advocate for the continuous development of test equipment and testing tools
You bring the following to the position
- You have a degree as an engineer FH/ETH/university in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or something comparable
- You have several years of experience in product reliability testing of individual assemblies and complete devices, including test specification, planning, execution, as well as data preparation and evaluation
- Ideally, you have experience designing and building test benches for automated endurance tests or a strong interest in this
- As a team player with a pronounced hands-on mentality, you enjoy working with different technical disciplines to achieve the best results together
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills as well as an independent and responsible working style
