Court Clerk Tax Appeal Court 70%

The Tax Appeal Court of the Canton of Zurich, as a specialized administrative court, handles appeals in tax matters at first instance. To strengthen our team of 15 lawyers, we are looking for a court clerk (workload: 70%) starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement.

Your Tasks

At our instance, you can delve into tax law – particularly in the areas of direct federal tax, state and municipal taxes, and property gains tax: You will largely independently process and edit complex complaints and appeals, participate in case management and reference hearings, and attend inspections and court sessions.

Your Profile

For joining our team, we expect not only a completed law degree but also proficiency in written expression, the ability to quickly and thoroughly grasp complex issues, and an efficient and proactive working style. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a court and/or have knowledge of tax law.
