At JYSK, we don’t just manage stores, we build winning retail teams and generate measurable growth. We are currently looking for a strong Retail Manager to lead our Swiss Romande + Bern/Basel region and join the national management team (Country Management Team).

Your mission
You will take full responsibility for the retail performance of approximately 35 stores in the region.
Your main areas of work will be:
- Leading, coaching, and challenging your District Managers to exceed targets
- Developing a strong sales culture and ensuring stores are always ready to welcome customers
- Defining clear improvement plans and ensuring their follow-up
- Ensuring the application of concepts and operational standards
- Strengthening career development and building a strong pool of leaders
- Collaborating closely with the Country Management Team to align regional and national strategies
This position requires a strong presence in the field: you will be expected to travel most of the week within your region.
Your profile
- Proven experience in achieving exceptional retail results
- Strong commercial sense and excellent understanding of retail KPIs
- Marked customer orientation combined with a sharp commercial mindset
- High energy, proactive attitude, and ability to make decisions quickly
- Leadership style based on coaching, involvement, and employee development
- Ability to build high-performing teams and develop tomorrow’s leaders
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English, with a good understanding of German
- A master’s degree or equivalent training in management/business is an asset
