Resort Retail Manager (m/f/x) 100%
Your exciting main area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Bürgenstock Resort retail outlet strategy
- Management, design, and sale of the displays in the resort, including tenant support and management of sales areas
- Creation and management of the budget with revenue responsibility
- Trend and competitor analyses
- Creation of visual merchandising guidelines
- Rental and management of retail spaces
- Definition of offerings, assortment management, and trend observation
- Analysis of sales data for existing products
- Planning and execution of attractive pop-up events, collaborations, and special promotions
- Management of relationships with all suppliers to ensure close cooperation
- Personnel and merchandise management
- Personnel planning, recruitment (permanent/temporary), deployment planning, training, support, and leadership of sales staff in daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
- Efficient inventory management
- Merchandise presentation and organization of special displays, events, and sales promotion measures
- Handling and maintenance of the cash register system in collaboration with the PoS admin of the finance department
- Handling of complaints
You have completed training in sales and have several years of experience in sales. Preferably, you have already worked for international luxury businesses. Your eye is on detail, you have good analytical skills, and a broad business knowledge. You think strategically, bring innovative perspectives, and are a proven leader. You speak and write fluent German and English; French and other languages are an advantage. You are characterized by a quick grasp of concepts as well as an efficient and independent working style. Your team is important to you, and you motivate all your employees to achieve their best.
