Commercial Advisor for External Service (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Support to Management in the development and deployment of the AGRO commercial strategy
• Personalized technical advice to clients
• Active sale of agricultural inputs according to various commercial campaigns
• Prospecting and business development: acquiring new clients and retaining existing clientele
• Promotion and support in the use of IT tools (e.g., Barto, website)
• Assistance to clients with administrative procedures (fertilization plan, etc.)
• Raising awareness of innovations: new agricultural technologies, connected services
• Organization and hosting of client events: technical days and crop visits
• Mastery and regular use of internal IT tools, with commitment to continuous training
• Close collaboration with the UAS.

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as farmer and/or training as AGRO-salesperson, AGRO-technician or equivalent
• Experience in technical-commercial advice desired
• Comfortable in Plant Production
• Ease in using digital tools
• Autonomy, organizational skills, rigor, and stress resistance
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with a strong customer orientation
• Driving license required.
