These include the following tasks in the daily work environment:
- Receipt, control and correct posting of all cash settlements of the business areas and restaurants
- Management of the main cash registers as well as administration and control of petty cash
- Processing and settlement of employee expenses
- Counter service including providing information as well as reimbursement of expenses and cash advances
- Preparation of VAT returns for the entire group, as well as bookkeeping of a simple partnership
- Participation in the accounts payable workflow and support in cash management
- Support in the property management of our staff houses
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Assistance in the training and supervision of commercial apprentices in their 1st year
For this task, you bring professional confidence, accuracy and a sense of responsibility.
- Completed training as a merchant (m/f)
- Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and preferably experience with Abacus
- Quick comprehension, flair for numbers as well as a resilient and flexible working style
- Good manners, ability to work in a team and sociability in dealing with various business areas
