Job Coach 60 - 80% (m/f/d)
You will work in a team of five people and support it in implementing the job coaching offer for the professional integration of visually impaired and blind people. Your workplace is centrally located in Zurich, with travel to the location in Chur and possibly other cantons. The monthly team meetings take place in Bern. Home office is possible.
Your tasks
- Job coaching, i.e., resource- and solution-oriented counseling and support for blind and visually impaired people seeking jobs or at the workplace
- Conducting consultations on behalf of IV, RAV, or the clients themselves
- You actively support job seekers, network with employers, and contribute to sustainable success by conducting discussions at the workplace
- You work interdisciplinarily with the departments and areas of the sbv, especially the counseling centers
- You develop joint solutions in partnership with other providers in the field of visual impairment
Your profile
- You have a completed university or university of applied sciences degree in social work, pedagogy, psychology, or equivalent, or a vocational training (at least EFZ) with appropriate further education
- You bring experience and/or a degree in job coaching, supported employment, or case management
- You are a native German speaker and have knowledge of the French language. In our bilingual team, everyone speaks their language and is understood. If you have knowledge of Italian, you have the opportunity to participate in a project to expand our services
- You have good knowledge of social insurance law and social services
- You think in a networked way, work independently and structured
