Tasks

• Teaching in the subjects German (focus on 1st and 2nd grade) and TTG as well as co-supervision of self-study times • Co-design of the mixed-age learning setting (1st – 4th grade) • Supporting the children in their academic, social, and personal development • Promoting the children at their own learning pace and in their independence • Close collaboration within the team and active participation in the further development of our primary level

Requirements

• Teaching diploma for primary level or in training for it • Joy in creative, action- and competence-oriented teaching • Interest in innovative pedagogical concepts • Team spirit, commitment, and openness to school development
