About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Participation in the establishment of a staff unit as well as the tasks and competencies of the specialist inspectorate
- Conducting on-site inspections, proper documentation of findings, and initiation of appropriate measures according to applicable regulations
- Coordination and cooperation with internal administrative offices and external partners, especially as an interface between administration and regional police
- Providing information to builders, businesses, organizers, and other stakeholders about relevant regulations
- Recording, objective examination, and processing of concerns, hints, and complaints from the public to promote comprehensible, solution-oriented decisions
Your competencies
- Completed commercial basic training, ideally with experience in administrative, construction, hospitality, traffic, or environmental law
- Sound knowledge of local conditions and structures
- High sense of responsibility, independent working style, and process-oriented thinking
- Resilient and communicative personality with assertiveness and solution-oriented approach
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours
- Confident handling of common IT applications (M365)
- Enjoyment in using foreign languages
