About the job
In order to strengthen our Care team at the Beaulieu Residence in Sierre, we are looking, immediately or to be agreed, for a
CRS Health Assistant
at 80%
Your main tasks:
- you supervise and assist residents with daily life activities
- you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
- you create a warm and supportive environment for the well-being of the residents
- you contribute to the smooth running of the service and the team
Your profile:
- you have completed training as a Red Cross health assistant or an equivalent qualification
- you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar facility
- you have a clear interest in elderly people
- you have a great capacity to adapt and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
- you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- you have a good command of French (spoken and written)
