We advise and support our clients in the field of information security. Our four core areas—Testing & Assessment, Resilience & Awareness, DevSecOps & Architecture, and Consulting & Compliance—shape our daily work and cover all aspects of technology, organization, and people. With our modern offices in Bern, Zurich, and Neuchâtel, we create a central and collaborative working environment.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a new colleague in Bern.

You can expect an exciting work environment with technical challenges in every project, which you will explore together with your colleagues. Your responsibilities include:

Assisting in the planning and execution of penetration tests, attack simulations, and Red & Purple Team engagements

Providing competent technical advice to clients on IT security matters

Actively contributing to the development and improvement of our internal arsenal and tooling

Participating in and conducting varied internal and external trainings

Acting as a point of contact for clients and helping plan smaller project teams

Supporting our sales team during the sales process for our technical services

You have a technical background with further specialized education and professional experience in IT. You already have initial professional experience in penetration testing, or you regularly spend your free time on platforms such as TryHackMe, HackTheBox, or CTF competitions, and aim to obtain certifications like GPEN, BSCP, OSCP, or similar.

You are a team player, loyal, and curious, always wanting to get to the root of things. You also have solid foundational knowledge of security aspects in one or more of the following areas:

Web and API technologies and modern tech stacks

Secure software development in modern programming languages

Microsoft products such as Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, or SharePoint

UNIX systems for clients and servers

Networks and their components, either on-premises or in Azure, AWS, or GCP

A clean criminal record/background is also essential for this role. Additionally, you speak and write German and English fluently. French is a plus.
