Team Leader Operations HVAC

• You are responsible for a large HVAC plant portfolio between Zurich and Geneva.
• You lead a team of 6-9 maintenance technicians, coordinate and supervise operational and maintenance work.
• A reliable supply to our customers is important to you, and you are the contact person for customers' enquiries.
• You ensure compliance with contracts and the economic efficiency of the plants within your team.
• Quality is your top priority – regular reporting is a matter of course for you, and you implement our standards.

• You have already successfully led employees, are strong in implementation, and possess business-fluent German as well as good French skills.
• You bring several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Building technology expertise is complemented by business management and leadership-specific skills.
• You keep an overview even in hectic moments.
• Strategic thinking as well as experience in economical and efficient operational management complete your profile.
