About the job
The Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether it is for primary care with its medical center, acute care with its recognized internal medicine beds and its palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation center, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Center (CAT).
We are looking for the Aubonne Hospital a:
Secretary of the mobile palliative care team (M/F) at 50-60%
Start date July 1, 2026, and working days to be agreed.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure daily administrative management contributing to the smooth running of the service: telephone duty, message taking, scheduling consultations, managing agendas and files, and handling correspondence.
- Verify, record, and send billing forms prepared by the doctors.
- Contribute to updating the Quality Label and updating processes.
- Take, correct, format, and record meeting minutes after validation.
YOU HAVE
- Training as a medical secretary / CFC commercial employee or equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of prior experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of standard computer tools.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology as well as perfect spelling skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and a systematic, orderly, and precise work approach.
- Great human sensitivity, developed listening and empathy skills, as well as ease in welcoming and supporting sometimes sensitive telephone situations.
- Ability to take responsibility and good autonomy in work.
- A sense of confidentiality and discretion.
