Your tasks

• Operational management of the business
• Active participation as a host personality in service
• Reservation and feedback management
• Planning of individual actions and events
• Support in employee management and training as well as deployment planning
• Planning and implementing sales promotion measures
• Control of hygiene guidelines and quality standards
• Execution of various administrative tasks such as daily accounting, correspondence, ordering and time management

Your profile

• We are addressing an initiative and service-oriented host personality who has been able to acquire a wealth of experience through some management activities and has a solid education in the hospitality industry. We value initial leadership experience (preferably between 2-3 years), an entrepreneurial working style, communication skills as well as intercultural competence. German and English language skills, both spoken and written, are business fluent and understanding Swiss German is no problem for you.
