These tasks await you:

Technical and personnel management of our injection molding department – supported by three shift leaders and three team leads, with around 60 employees working in shifts

Planning, monitoring, and controlling production orders in close coordination with internal interfaces

Establishing open communication across all levels – with consistent shopfloor management

Analyzing problems as well as further development and efficiency improvement within the department

Leading production with a clear focus on quality, punctuality, and stable processes – always in the interest of our customers

Ensuring knowledge transfer and targeted training of your employees

What distinguishes you:

Completed training as a plastics technologist EFZ with a specialization in injection molding

Further training as a technician HF or a comparable qualification

Several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment

Proven practical knowledge in process optimization and key figure-based production control

Strong social skills as well as an independent and reliable working style

Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
