These are your tasks

• You are responsible as team leader for the entire floristry, hotel decoration, and sales in the flower workshop of the Hof Weissbad Resort

• You decorate all other areas of the hotel and support the planning and implementation of events (weddings, summer concerts, Advent decorations, etc.)

• You lead the flower workshop team and are responsible for the cash closings in the flower workshop

• You support the design of the outdoor area

• You are responsible for purchasing, inventory management, and the profitability of the flower workshop

What we expect from you

• You have completed training as a florist EFZ and ideally hold the qualification Florist with federal diploma (eidg. FA) 

• You have creative skills and a strong sense of quality

• You have an exceptional service mindset and are willing to go the extra mile for our guests and employees

• You love guest contact, are communicative, and always remain courteous and friendly

• You work independently and are flexible

  You have a driver’s license and your own car

  You speak German – additional languages are a plus
