Tasks:

• Actively inquire with new and existing customers regarding satisfaction, quality, and service
• Identify customer needs and potentials and pass them on to the field sales and further coordination
• Create and actively follow up on cost estimates and offers
• Telephone consultation on materials, designs, options, and services
• Support sales promotions, product launches, and campaigns (by phone / administratively)
• Maintain and update customer information in the system (e.g., preferences, potentials, special features)
• Contribute to the structured development of existing customers (sales development, expansion of cooperation)
• Assist with order processing (accept, record, and manage new orders, check and evaluate order parameters for feasibility, completeness, meaningfulness, clarify missing information, follow up on outstanding responses, etc.)
• Support colleagues in work preparation / customer service
• General operation and assistance in ensuring the telephone switchboard

Profile:

• Professional experience in the dental field. Experience as a dental technician is an advantage
• Experience with administrative tasks
• Strong service orientation (internal and external)
• IT affinity

• Calm and resilient personality
• Very good German and French skills are mandatory, Italian is an advantage
