• You take care of the guests and assist in the restaurant during all service periods
• You manage a service station and also help at the hotel bar
• You operate the cash register system, prepare the cash register accounting and collection
• You are responsible for inventory management, support with orders, cleaning tasks in your area of responsibility
• You take on an independent shift as well as organizing and carrying out events

• You are a communicative personality with character
• You know what’s trending and are eager to enrich the Renaissance Tower Hotel in Zurich with your spirit
• You are articulate in German and English and maybe even speak other languages
• You have a passion for hospitality and enjoy guest contact
