A creative school – a committed team: Almost 70 teachers work at the comprehensive school in the middle of Lyss, are on the way together, shaping and developing the learning environment together. 29 classes are taught from kindergarten to the ninth school year, at secondary level 1 with the permeable school model 3b.
To complement the team, we are looking for a specialist teacher at the Lyssbach Herrengasse school building starting in the 2026/2027 school year

Tasks
As a specialist teacher, you teach, promote, and support children from four 5th and 6th grade classes. 9 lessons in a 6th grade class, 7 lessons in a 5th grade class, twice 4 lessons each in a 5th and 6th grade class.
Subject canon of the 24 lessons: 4 ENG, 4 NMG, 2 GER, 3 FREN, 2 BG, 2 M+I, 4 MUS, 3 SPO, additionally TTG possible by arrangement.
You are committed to the teaching team and are willing to contribute to school and organizational development. You lead the class until the end of the sixth school year. From 2028, further employment in cycle 2 is possible.
Requirements
Recognized teaching diploma for cycle 2
Willingness to collaborate in the school team
Willingness to collaborate with other classes at the school location
Interest in participating in the design and development of the school
