We are immediately or by arrangement looking for reinforcement of a certified nursing specialist HF/FH in Palliative Care, 80% - 100% workload
The Susenberg Clinic in Zurich is a small specialized clinic with 34 beds in an idyllic location on the Zurichberg. We accompany our patients holistically in acute geriatrics, rehabilitative care, and palliative care, always with a patient-centered approach.
Your tasks:
- You care for our patients respectfully, empathetically, and personally.
- You respond sensitively and individually to their wishes and lifestyle habits.
- You ensure professional and needs-oriented care.
- You work closely with the interdisciplinary team.
- You reliably and independently maintain the nursing documentation.
- You take on additional administrative tasks and contribute to a positive team climate.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or equivalent (recognized in Switzerland).
- Independent, careful, team-oriented, and well-organized working style.
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends (no night shifts).
- KISIM knowledge and completed trainer course are an advantage.
