For the location Sursee, we are looking for a project manager GU/TU with a heart that beats for qualitative timber construction projects.

Your area of responsibility

• You independently lead construction projects with high personal responsibility
  over all phases or parts of them
• As a project manager, you lead the project team (alignment, agreements,
  influence on costs, deadlines, and execution) and manage all work processes
• You conduct negotiations with clients, authorities, planners,
  subcontractors/suppliers and keep an overview of
  the contractual agreements
• In short: You ensure that the project goals are achieved

Your profile

• Architect ETH/FH, Civil Engineer ETH/FH, Technician TS/
  HF or Site Manager
• At least 10 years of experience as a project manager
• Strong communication skills and negotiation security
• Entrepreneurial thinking
