• You conduct professional sales talks and make event arrangements by phone, email, or on site
• You accompany our customers on house tours and present the event possibilities
• You plan and organize events from A to Z – from inquiry through contract negotiations and scheduling to invoice control
• You accompany events such as seminars, banquets, and weddings on site and personally take care of our guests
• You are the central contact person for our guests and ensure comprehensive care
• You ensure compliance with hotel-specific standards (LQA, SDH, FTG) as well as quality management according to ISO 9001

• You feel comfortable in the host role and convince with your natural appearance
• You communicate fluently in German and English
• You appreciate the variety between presence at the front and administrative tasks
• You are a real sales talent and know how to inspire customers
• You bring experience in the F&B sector and ideally also have know-how in event management
