Workshop Manager 100% (m/f/d)

We - a family-run and traditional company based in Hägendorf - specialize in the transport and logistics of high-quality food products in temperature-controlled environments. Your tasks

Management of the Kappel (SO) location
Ensuring smooth workshop operations, including customer service workshop reception
Coordination and supervision of repair and maintenance work as well as bodywork and painting tasks
Responsibility for the timely execution of workshop tasks in cooperation with mechanics, panel beaters, and painters
Central contact person for internal and external customers as well as interface between workshop and clientele
Responsible for work progress in the workshop in collaboration with the foremen

Our requirements

Technical basic training as an automotive specialist
Many years of professional and leadership experience
Assertiveness and independent action
High social competence, willingness to perform, and quality awareness
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Possession of a category C/E driving license or willingness to obtain one
