Missions :
«Attached to the Head of the Commercial Police and the Head of the Administrative Police, he/she assumes the administrative tasks related to the Commercial Police and simultaneously supports the Head of the Administrative Police in handling files related to the city of Morges. He/she also assists the Municipal of the city of Morges in charge of the security department and replaces the Commandant's executive assistant during their absences.»
Tasks :
- Ensure the internal administrative follow-up of the Commercial Police.
- Write, proofread and format the statements of reasons, minutes and correspondence related to the City of Morges.
- Prepare and ensure the administrative follow-up of notices intended for the City.
- Provide administrative support to the Municipal of the city of Morges in charge of the security department.
- Participate, upon request, in meetings with the City of Morges.
- Replace the Commandant's executive assistant during their absences.
Desired profile :
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training.
- Experience in a public administration desired.
- Excellent writing skills in French and ability to take minutes.
- Comfort with IT tools, numbers and administrative tasks.
- Autonomy, rigor, sense of organization and ability to manage priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple interlocutors.
- Loyalty, availability, perseverance and impeccable discretion.
