What you achieve

Whether it is choosing the right investment solution or financing their own home: you support our customers in realising their dreams. Have an open ear for their needs, empathise with their life situation, and find the optimal solution - personally and in partnership. You can combine the best from our wide range of insurance and banking products.

• You competently and needs-orientedly accompany our customers in the individual private customer segment in the areas of investments, financing, pension provision, and liquidity management.
• You identify additional advisory opportunities and use them purposefully through active cross-selling. In doing so, you provide your customers with comprehensive advice on banking and insurance products.
• You consistently implement the market approach defined by the team with great energy and passion.
• You actively acquire new customers and continuously develop an existing customer portfolio.
• At customer events, you represent our bank both internally and externally.

What you bring

• You are a committed, entrepreneurial-thinking, and integral personality with high quality standards and pronounced customer orientation.
• You have completed banking training or further education in banking or finance as well as an SAQ certification or are willing to obtain it.
• A completed business administration further education is an advantage, e.g. Higher Technical School for Business or University of Applied Sciences.
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in consulting in the banking or financial sector.
• Networking in the Solothurn region: your network in the region helps you.
