As a <strong>expert in education and health services</strong>, you will actively develop our educational offerings. In the context of expanding and developing new projects, we create courses in the training network and implement new learning methods and AI media. To competently fulfill our future tasks, we are seeking support in various areas. After your onboarding, you will be the first point of contact for our clients at the deployment site. There, you commit to our quality standards and the needs of our clientele.
What we expect:
<ul> <li>A completed training as a Dipl. nursing specialist HF, several years of professional experience, and the federal certificate as a trainer</li> <li>Joy in collaborating with learners, students, interns as well as in educational committees and the management team</li> <li>Experience in guiding groups and teamwork as well as very good communication skills (written and oral)</li> <li>Empathetic interaction with people, joy in co-creating an active team, and a high degree of personal responsibility and shaping change processes</li> </ul>
