Job description:
In your new role, your missions impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of
1. Ensuring the co-management of the anesthesia department
2. Aiming for optimal care of your patients
3. Participating in institutional development
4. Actively participating in the training of physicians in training
Required profile:
We are confident in your rapid success in your future functions thanks to your:
- Extensive experience in a university environment as a chief resident or senior physician (minimum 6 years as chief resident in university settings), experience desired as a senior physician
- Mastery of advanced techniques in anesthesiology, DIU or equivalent in loco-regional anesthesia, experience in perioperative medicine.
- Clinical supervision and delegation skills
- Pedagogical skills and interest in developing the training of medical-nursing teams
- Experience managing a medical team both clinically and administratively.
- Willingness to maintain and develop the quality of care and training in the department.
Education level:
FMH specialist title in anesthesiology
Advanced training in anesthesiology, loco-regional anesthesia, perioperative medicine is required
FMH or European title in intensive care medicine
