Your tasks

• Analysis of construction plans and specifications to determine material and labor requirements
• Conducting cost calculations taking into account material prices, labor costs, and project times
• Communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Supporting the sales team in pricing and offer negotiations
• Assisting with the support of exhibitions and trade fairs

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally in construction/architecture or in the window industry
• Sound knowledge in the evaluation of construction plans and technical drawings
• Strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking skills
• Proactive working style with the ability to handle tasks independently and responsibly
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ability to work precisely under time pressure in a dynamic work environment
