Your tasks
Professional advice, training and support of the nursing team in complex
care situations
Ensuring and further developing a high quality of care according to current nursing science standards
Planning, implementation and evaluation of individual nursing measures in close
collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Participation in projects for quality and process development
Hygiene officer
Internal and external planning of further training
Taking over the educational responsibility for the part-time or full-time HF studies
Creating and adapting in-house care standards, concepts, guidelines,
information sheets, etc.
Your profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
You have several years of professional experience as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
You have up-to-date expertise and experience in the nursing field
You have an SVEB 2 certificate
You have high social competence, empathy and teamwork skills
You have very good communication skills
You are a resilient, flexible and action-oriented personality
You take responsibility and enjoy contributing to changes
You have good IT user skills and networked thinking
You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
With your advanced expertise, you ensure a high-quality, evidence-based nursing care
