Team Leader in Muttenz

In the electrical sector, the Eglin Group comprises 14 companies in Aargau and Dietikon with activities in electrical installations, building automation, telecommunications, video surveillance, and IT.

For our location in Muttenz, we are looking to strengthen our team with a construction manager starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Qualifications

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ and ideally have further training as a safety advisor or construction manager VSEI.
• Additionally, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm combined with a high sense of responsibility as well as an independent working style and assertiveness characterize your personality.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and competently leading your team.
• Besides very good German skills, you also have good PC user skills and a category B driving license.

Your Area of Responsibility 

• You are responsible for low and high voltage installations in expansions and conversions for customers in various sectors such as banks, administrations, public authorities, or industry.
• You lead an installation team (planning, personnel allocation...).
• Coordination with architects and specialist planners, as well as the management and control of reporting, are also part of your duties.
• Ensuring and complying with occupational safety complete your area of responsibility.
