For our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division, which is the world's leading manufacturer of laboratory balances (Pharma, Chemical, Food Industries), we are looking for the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters, for a Team Lead Test & Measurement 80 – 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include: Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve departmental goals and objectivesTake responsibility in all physical weighing performance related topics. Including lead taskforces and customer support casesOrganize, delegate, and oversee team tasks and projects to guarantee on-time and high-quality completion Further develop and maintain the measurement infrastructureFacilitate communication and collaboration within the R&D and with other departmentsContribute to our product design requirementsProvide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team membersMonitor team performance metrics and implement improvements as neededPush efficiency and accuracy in projects by enhance automation and simulation expertise
