Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realize their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions, whether it is electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning, or water treatment. The Finance Department provides its expertise in the financial management of the company, purchasing and assets, as well as IT and real estate services.

Mission:

Join the Executive Management of Groupe E SA and actively contribute to shaping the future of a major energy player in French-speaking Switzerland. You define and drive the financial strategy in line with Groupe E's vision, strengthening its competitiveness and profitability. You oversee financial statements, treasury, investments, and the management of financial and IT risks, while ensuring reliable financial support for the entire company.

Beyond the numbers, you initiate and implement the IT strategy of Groupe E SA and Groupe E Tech SA as well as the real estate strategy of Groupe E SA. As a driver of digital transformation (ERP, automation, BIM), you organize and evolve your department towards greater agility and efficiency. As a visionary and inspiring leader, you support digital transformation, develop an agile and efficient organization, and promote autonomy and responsibility within your multidisciplinary teams.

Finally, you play a key role in defining the Group's overall strategy and represent its interests on the boards of directors of its subsidiaries and holdings.

Profile:

Holder of a higher education degree in Finance or Business Economics, ideally complemented by an MBA, you have recognized and proven experience in strategic positions with high responsibilities, particularly in financial management. You have demonstrated your ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams and to operate in complex and transforming environments. Your expertise covers economic, financial, accounting fields, and ideally IT and real estate. Known for your leadership and ability to drive change, you know how to define a clear vision and translate it into operational actions. An excellent communicator, you excel in the ability to unite around strategic and innovative projects. You embody the values of Openness, Sustainability, and Respect that characterize Groupe E. Comfortable with ERPs, you demonstrate a strong sensitivity to emerging technologies.
