About the job

As a Junior Manager at the reception, you will be deployed at our clients and ensure that service, customer satisfaction, and team motivation go hand in hand. You will have the chance to gain initial leadership experience and further develop yourself – we will accompany you step by step.

What you can achieve:

Leading and motivating the reception team
Organizing daily operations
Welcoming and directing visitors: reception, registration, and forwarding
Taking on various administrative tasks directly at our clients' reception

What you bring:

Experience at a reception / front office
Strong independence, performance capability, and a high sense of responsibility
Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a high level of discretion
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form (B2 level)
Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extracts, certificate of legal capacity) as well as Swiss citizenship or possession of a C permit or EU/EFTA B permit
Mobility (driver's license and own vehicle advantageous)
Availability Mon.-Sun. 06:00-23:00
