You will work on a urological specialty ward, which also cares for patients from other surgical areas. In the modernized ward, great importance is placed on interdisciplinary collaboration with flat hierarchies. You will work in a young and innovative team of nurses and doctors. Through integration into the overall urology team, close cooperation at eye level across all professional groups takes place to ensure first-class patient care. The ward opens on November 1, 2025, giving you the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and ideas to optimize workflows and processes.
