The Cantonal Health Center Appenzell ensures high-quality healthcare and care in old age for the population of Appenzell and Innerrhoden.
An important aspect is covering the need for inpatient beds for people who temporarily rely on professional care - whether during or after an acute illness, for short-term need for more intensive care, after an inpatient procedure in a central hospital, or to accompany in the last phase of life. This is made possible by the short-term and transitional care Sonnwendlig.
For our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon
Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners and therapists, as well as other specialist departments of the Cantonal Health Center Appenzell
- Co-responsibility for medication management
- Quality assurance and further development of care
Your profile
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
- Good German language skills
- Good PC user skills (experience with BESA is an advantage)
