Metalworker – as Head of Locksmith Shop

Activities

Technical and personnel management of the entire team
Planning, controlling and monitoring of production orders regarding deadlines, quality and costs to ensure an efficient production process
Supporting the team with technical questions as well as with demanding tasks
Responsibility for occupational safety, order and cleanliness as well as promoting process optimizations and continuous improvements
Close cooperation with design, final assembly, mechanics and work preparation
Introduction, training and further development of employees

Requirements

Completed technical basic training in mechanical engineering, metal construction or locksmithing
Further training as workshop manager or a comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in metal processing or mechanical engineering as well as initial leadership experience or a strong willingness to take responsibility
Strong organizational skills, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as assertiveness, team spirit and high quality and safety awareness
