Your tasks
- You are responsible for the development, management, and optimization of our digital performance channels (SEA, SEO, Display, Affiliate, Social Media, Remarketing, etc.)
- You continuously analyze and monitor the relevant KPIs, prepare them understandably, and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You coordinate our tracking setups (e.g., Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, consent management) and take over the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance campaigns
- You optimize our website with a focus on performance and conversion
- You observe market trends and competitor activities and bring impulses for the further development of our digital strategy
What you bring with you
- You have a completed degree in marketing, communication, business, or a comparable education
- You have several years of experience in digital performance marketing
- Your analytical and conceptual strengths distinguish you, and you are confident in handling KPIs and dashboards
- You are familiar with web analytics and tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, server-side tracking, consent management)
- You have experience in conversion optimization and attribution models as well as in collaboration with agencies and internal interfaces
- You communicate confidently in German and English
