- Operational and strategic management of the logistics team
- Leadership of directly subordinate employees including personnel deployment, vacation, and training planning
- Ensuring smooth processes in the warehouse/logistics area
- Responsible for mapping processes in the ERP system
- Close cooperation with purchasing, production planning, production, and sales
- Planning, control, and monitoring of material flows and material availability
- Ensuring cost-effective warehouse management and logistics
- Continuous analysis and optimization of internal and external process flows
- Contact person for customs and VAT issues
- Participation in national and international projects
- Planning and execution of inventory
- Completed vocational training (e.g., logistics specialist EFZ)
- Further training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate
- Knowledge in the areas of import, export, customs, and VAT is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience
- Good IT skills and ERP user knowledge, ideally with Microsoft D365
