As part of the further development of our HR services, the HR service line takes on a central hub function and ensures that HR concerns are handled competently, efficiently, and solution-oriented. In doing so, it drives the further development of processes, systematically builds knowledge, and ensures continuous optimization of our HR services.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the entire HR administration from entry to exit
- Support of the HR service line (phone, mail, e-mail) including triage of inquiries as well as contact person for employees and managers
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations, and certificates
- Maintenance of all HR mutations as well as administrative management of absence management
- Active participation in knowledge transfer, process development, and building a uniform process documentation
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with further education as an HR assistant or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in a comparable HR function; knowledge of cantonal administration is an advantage
- Independent, structured, efficient, and quality-conscious working style with high initiative, good oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and discretion
- Strong IT affinity (MS Word, Excel, SAP/HCM Fiori)
- Very good German skills as well as good oral French skills (at least A2)
