Your Tasks
Together with trainees and students, you care for and support our patients on the training ward.
- In doing so, you coach the trainees and students during their assignments
- You carry out the nursing process (including service recording of materials and care) – supported by the hospital information system KISIM – and are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing procedures
- You support and accompany the vocational trainer and the daily contact person of the department in training matters and work together with HF/FH students and health professionals in everyday life
- As a member of the extended management team, you support and advise the department management on vocational education issues
- In addition, you share responsibility for the success of the department and are committed to the continuous optimization of nursing standards
- Together with the department management and trainers, you create the work schedule
- You mainly work in early and late shifts
Your Profile
- You are a certified nurse (AKP/DN II/HF/FH) and ideally have experience in the acute sector and already possess the SVEB-I certificate
- You have the flair to efficiently coordinate training tasks
- You bring experience in training certified nurses and health professionals
- You are open to new things and motivated to contribute creatively to the training ward and enjoy working in a committed team
- The well-being of patients is at the center of your work, and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You can handle changing patient situations well
- You work independently, with quality awareness, and enjoy developing yourself further
- Your good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
