How you inspire
- You provide comprehensive and high-quality advice to individuals in all matters of matrimonial property and inheritance law, taking into account related legal areas (including inheritance and gift tax law) and in the area of adult protection law
- You independently prepare regulations for estate planning, drafts of marriage and inheritance contracts, will templates, as well as templates for individualized advance directives
- In your role as a specialist speaker, you give presentations at internal and external events and write specialist articles
- You act as the first point of contact for internal specialist questions and support our financial coaches and clients in complex adult, property, and inheritance law matters
- You ensure active and efficient collaboration with our financial coaches and actively support them in achieving their goals
What you bring
- You have several years of experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility (completed law degree, Swiss attorney and/or notary patent is an advantage)
- Thanks to your excellent language skills in French (priority) and German, you advise confidently and convincingly in both languages
- You are an initiative-taking, customer-oriented, and flexible personality with a quick grasp, very good analytical skills, as well as a structured and precise way of working
- Preferably, you have several years of experience in a comparable, consulting-oriented environment
- You work independently, show initiative, and have a high level of resilience. Additionally, you are willing to travel within the canton of Bern
