Foreman Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

Management and organization of the construction site
Assignment and leadership of the construction team
Monitoring construction execution according to quality and safety standards
Coordination of material and machinery requirements
Support of construction management in project documentation and reporting
Close cooperation with customers, subcontractors, and planners

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in construction, ideally in civil engineering
Several years of professional experience as a foreman or in a comparable position
Good German skills (at least level B2)
Leadership strength, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
Solid knowledge in reading and understanding construction plans
Resilience, flexibility, and independent working style
Driver's license category B
