For our school and boarding house building at the Wädenswil location, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for the maintenance, upkeep, and safety of the building facilities and green areas, including winter service
- Service- and customer-oriented work in building and facility maintenance
- Independent execution of minor maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Organizing and supervising work by third-party companies, especially the external cleaning company
Our expectations of you:
- Basic craft training, ideally as a specialist in facility maintenance
- Enjoy working with teachers and learners
- Good German skills, fluent in spoken and written language, and IT skills (MS Office)
- Willingness for occasional evening and weekend shifts as well as assignments at various Strickhof locations
- You are solution-oriented, have an independent, responsible working style, and possess a category B driving license
