Your Tasks
- Organization of processes within the medical department of rehabilitation
- Management of patient records including appointment coordination
- Contact person for rehabilitants, relatives, and colleagues
- Accompanying, motivating, and caring for people with addiction
- Participation in quality assurance measures
Your Profile
- Training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or an equivalent medical profession.
- Reliable, precise, committed, and team-oriented yet independent working style
- High level of responsibility and resilience
- Friendly demeanor and very good communication skills
- Proficiency in handling IT systems
- Appreciative interaction with people with addiction
