Here is what you will do
- Overall responsibility for the department of masonry, landscaping, and paving works
- Leadership, promotion, and further development of a team of about 25 employees
- Result and budget responsibility
- Ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
- Customer consulting, offer management, and calculation
- Project management from acquisition to final billing
- Further development of processes, structures, and strategic orientation
These are your skills and strengths
Strong professionally:
- Training as a mason with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a foreman, construction manager, construction technician HF, or comparable higher professional education (leadership/company management)
- Professional and leadership experience in the construction environment, confidence in calculation and project control
- Entrepreneurial thinking & cost awareness
- Decisiveness and willingness to take responsibility
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Motivating, clear leadership
- Structured, solution-oriented working style
