Transport Logistics Manager 2
(French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino)
100%Your tasks
- Ensure and optimize operational processes as well as the effective implementation of the company strategy
- Define strategic impulses to ensure sustainable success in French-speaking Switzerland and Ticino
- Supervise the two operational site managers in Daillens and Cadenazzo, representing more than 100 employees
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with existing key accounts and develop new potential clients in the region, in collaboration with the CMO
- Actively embody the company values
You bring
- Several years of management experience in the transport and logistics sector, with demonstrable results and appropriate training (e.g., business administration, transport management or SCM)
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities in German and French (knowledge of Italian is an advantage)
- High availability to travel for regular presence at the headquarters in Oberentfelden as well as at the Daillens and Cadenazzo sites.
- Interest in strategic, conceptual, and operational tasks in a dynamic company
- A proactive, results-oriented person with empathy
- Organizational skills combined with the ability to clearly define priorities
