In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labor (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location Zurich. The labor market policy competencies are bundled in the AFA. Around 650 employees work at over 20 locations. The Unemployment Fund (ALK) is a service organization of the AFA. The ALK's mandate is to clarify entitlement as well as to calculate and pay benefits of the unemployment insurance (ALV).
To strengthen the existing Call Center team, we are looking for a committed personality from now or by arrangement. The workplace is located at the headquarters of the Unemployment Fund in Winterthur.
Your tasks:
- First contact person for telephone customer inquiries (approx. 1,000 calls per month)
- Partially forwarding calls to internal departments
- Supporting and advising internal and external customers at the reception
- General correspondence according to template or instruction
- Responsible for the correct distribution of documents in the system
- Support in the introduction of new employees
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training (KV apprenticeship or VSH business school)
- Experience as an employee in a call center
- High service orientation
- Proficient MS Office skills and very good oral and written German skills
- Strong communication skills and convincing with a pleasant "telephone voice"
- Enjoy working with people from different cultures
- Reliable, structured and careful
