Post-Maturity Business Training (PWA)
Your internship is demanding and versatile.
One thing is certain – it will never be boring for you as a PWA intern with us. During your 18-month PWA internship, you will receive top training. In two out of three assignments, you will get to know the areas of responsibility of the IV office and the compensation fund. For your third assignment, we expand the possibilities even further. You have the chance to get to know the internal services and their tasks. How about a glimpse into the daily routine of the Controlling and Quality Management team? Or would you rather work with the Marketing and Communication team? That sounds varied and exciting, doesn’t it? That’s exactly what the PWA internship at SVA Zurich is like. By the way, you can also contribute wishes regarding the areas of assignment and help shape the planning of your assignments.

You have a gymnasium maturity certificate or a vocational maturity certificate. You enjoy communication. You like to make phone calls and write. You need these skills in contact with our customers. You think in a networked way, work carefully but still efficiently, and you like to take responsibility. You are a team player,
but also like to work independently.
