Your Tasks
- Responsibility for managing operating room technology in compliance with operational guidelines and ensuring first-class patient care
- Responsibility for material management and provision including loan instruments
- Contact person for external representatives of medical technology
- Personnel and professional leadership of directly subordinate employees, including employee discussions, target agreements, feedback discussions, and promotion of professional development
- Ensuring optimal deployment plans and effective operating room planning
- Co-responsibility for quality in the operating room area
- Close cooperation with the department management of the operating room operation as well as the team leaders of AEMP, anesthesia care/recovery room, and positioning care
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in operating room technology HF with several years of professional experience and leadership experience in the operating room area
- Interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you and you actively contribute both professionally and personally to the team
- Your economic thinking enables you to continuously identify and implement optimization potentials
